Animal ID: 17008Moka (male)
Welcome Moka to MO Min Pin Rescue. Moka is a five-year-old chocolate Min Pin. Moka's family had to give him up due to his human mom developing severe allergies. When Moka was younger, he was attacked by a pit bull and lost sight in one eye. At about 26 pounds, this boy is larger than the average Min Pin and does have a few pounds to play off. Moka gets along with other animals, children, and even cats! He's up to date on vaccinations, neutered, and looking for his forever family. Currently, Moka is being fostered in the Denver area, but transportation to other locations is possible. If you're interested in adopting Moka, fill out an application on our website: http://www.mominpinrescue.org/p/adoption-application_30.html (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 17-04-19-00623Sheba (female)
Sheba is a 11 year old Min Pin, black and rust, with naturally standing ears and a docked tail, who weighs about 8 lbs. She was surrendered to a shelter when her owner moved somewhere that did not accept pets. She is very sweet, loves to be held, and deserves a soft spot to land! Sheba is good with other dogs, but we do not know if she has been around cats or kids before. Sheba has an old injury on her right front - she walks on the top of her foot instead of on her paw pad. We will have this examined by our vet once she arrives in the Denver area. It doesn't seem to be painful to her, or bother her. She will also get a dental so she is set to go to her new home! If your heart and home have room for beautiful Sheba, please get in touch with us! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 17-03-19-00017Choppy (male)
Choppy is a min pin senior from a kill shelter in Kansas. His age is estimated at 10 years old. He's good with dogs and is adound 18lbs. He'll be microchipped, up to date on vaccines, heartworm tested and neutered. Choppy is a little snugglebug. He's still full of energy, loves to go for his daily walk, really likes to be around bigger dogs and play with them. He will run and play. He also likes his downtime, preferring to snuggle in a blanket or a dog bed. If you are sitting on the couch he loves to be with you snuggling. At night he wants to snuggle with you in bed and get under the covers to stay warm. Once he is used to his new home he loves to sit out in the backyard and just hang out. He doesn't mind being in a kennel. He still needs some guidance to not pee in the house, but he's getting much better and now will go stand by the back door to be let out when he has to go. We have him wear a dog band inside or put him in a kennel when we won't be home to help minimize accidents. When he's comfortable in his new forever home he will bark at strangers or loud noises such as motorcycles or semi-trucks, but his barking is not excessive or annoying. Choppy is inquisitive and loves to check out his surroundings. He is good with children and adults. Unknown how he would behave with cats but he does well with other dogs and really like to be with bigger dogs. He is used to just being able to go his own way, so do watch him around open doors or when you go out the front door as he'll just head out on an adventure, but he's not hard to wrangle up, he doesn't run away, he just heads out to explore. He would make a great addition to a family looking for a medium energy dog or a great second or third dog. (Less)

Please read! If you are interested in me, please visit my site, www.breederadoptions.org, read the Policies and Procedures and the FAQs page, complete the application, and my rescuers will contact you promptly. Thank you. Hi! My name is Spice and I am a Min Pin + who is 2 years old and I weigh 11 pounds. I found myself in a very bad place with my babies and some nice people took us to a shelter. Unfortunately, 2 of my babies died there but one survived. I am still very scared but will come to my foster Mom and Dad on my terms, I especially like treats! It will take me awhile to learn to trust so I need a quiet home with no children and a socialized dog that I can learn the ropes from. If you have the perfect home for me, please ask for me on your application. Love, Spice 120316-05 (Less)
