Animal ID: 1905Daisy (female)

Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

This is Daisy. She is New Rattitude's honorary Rat Terrier. Weighing just 8 lbs, 2-year-old Daisy is probably a Miniature Pinscher, but she gained honorary Rattie status when she gave birth to four healthy Rat Terrier mix puppies. Daisy is just about the perfect dog! She's house-trained and super friendly. She loves everyone, including other dogs, as well as snuggling, car rides, walks, treats, and napping in your lap. Now that her pups are growing up, Daisy is looking for a home to call her own and a chance for a little pampering herself. Take a look at Daisy's pics in her online photo album at http://imageevent.com/newrattitude/daisy, and ... Animal ID: 1920Dudley (male)

Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Hi, my name is Dudley! I'm a 3-month-old Rat Terrier/Miniature Pinscher mix, and I'm looking for a home to call my own. I love people and playing with my littermates. I like to pretend I'm a tough guy, so when I play, I growl as fiercely as I can. My foster family just laughs at me. Right now I weigh about 5 lbs., and the vet thinks I'll be around 10 lbs. when I'm full-grown. I'm trying to learn to potty outside, but I still use potty pads inside for emergencies. To see more pictures of my roly-poly little self, visit my photo album at http://imageevent.com/newrattitude/dudley. ------------------------------------------------------ IF YOU ... Rescue Me ID: 17-03-08-00268Madison (female)

Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Hey there! I'm Madison. If you are looking for a snuggly dog who likes giving kisses, I'm your girl! So let's get the important stuff out of the way first. I am a fully vetted and heartworm negative Miniature Pinscher and Chihuahua mix. Some people say my fluffy tail makes me look like a bunny, but I'm pretty sure those critters are not in my lineage. In fact, I think they are fun to chase. The vet says she thinks that due to how my body looks, I may be 8 years old. However, since I have no gray fur, lovely teeth, and am a spunky dog, the human fostering me thinks I'm closer to 6. I'm looking for a home with adults only or with children over ... (Read More)the age of 10. Dogs are okay too. I walk well on a leash so do not require a fenced yard. I am crate and house trained. I stay in my crate when I am left alone, and when I need to go outside, I will stand at the door if no one has asked me if I need to go. I do know what 'outside' means and will respond to it as well because sunbathing is fun. I love toys of all kinds. Rubber, stuffed, not stuffed. Doesn't matter! I also love chews of the real and nylon variety. Benebones are my favorites, especially the bacon ones. Usually I play by myself, but sometimes I play tug with another dog. When I'm not playing, I'll be your shadow and best friend. More than toys though, I love, love, love food! I go crazy for treats, my meals, and even cheese that the human thinks she's hiding my medication in. I know it's there, but I like cheese too much to refuse the pills. Speaking of medication, I tend to bark when I am left alone which means apartments and condos are not ideal. The foster lady says I have something called separation anxiety. It is more controlled now that I am on medication. I take one daily, and I take another kind when I am left alone. She has been able to leave me for six hours whereas before starting the medicine, I did not even want her to be in another room without me. Oh yeah. She said to let you know it is inexpensive at around $25 for a three-month supply. So if you are looking for a new friend, please consider me, and fill out an application at http://tinyurl.com/mpmrapp asking for Madison! (Less)

Miniature Pinscher    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Maple: 4 yr old (DOB 9/21/12) red female, spayed, undocked tail and uncropped ears. 13', 14 lb. Fully vetted. Owner give-up. 'Miss Maple is my name and I am looking for a forever home. I have had a bit of a rough time the first 3 years of my life and was without human interaction and therefore I will need a home that understands that trust takes time. I love dogs and so a canine brother or sister would be great but if not, I'm sure I could get used to having the couch all to myself. No children please, I do not do well with human puppies running and touching me. I do not bite but will cower in a corner when I'm freaked out. I am housebroken ... (Read More)and use the doggie door at my temporary home. I'm typical Min Pin and love to snuggle under blankets and I will make sure the premises are well guarded and will alert you when anybody comes to the door. I also want a stable quiet home as I am confused with change. If you think you can give me a forever home, please fill out an application and ask for Miss Maple.' IMPS Tag: 27824 (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 16-11-13-00002Cherilee (female)

Miniature Pinscher    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adult Women Only
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

FENCED YARD REQUIRED! Cherilee: 3 yr old female, spayed, natural tail and ears, fully vetted, Rescued from a local shelter. Cherilee is a very sweet little girl once she warms up and trusts a woman, but she will not be able to go to a home with a man as her primary caregiver. Trusting will take a few weeks, and unlike most Min Pins, she is not one to readily take treats at first. She will spend most of the time in her crate or safe space needing people not to push themselves upon her. Once she is comfortable, she loves to play hard and then crash. While there are other dogs in her foster home, she tends to play by herself and ignores ... (Read More)them. Cherilee is house-trained and will let someone know when she needs to go outside by running to the door and back to the person. Sometimes she'll stand at the door or put her front paws on it. She is also crate trained if a treat is involved and does well in her crate when left alone. When someone is home, she will probably be found under a blanket somewhere in typical Min Pin burrowing fashion. It cannot be emphasized enough how much this girl requires a fenced yard. At this time, she will do best in a calm, quiet household with a woman as her caregiver since she is afraid of men. Raised voices or loud noises spook her into hiding. She is not a dog who will walk on leash due to her fears, though it has been tried. Whoever adopts her must possess patience and a willingness to work with her to overcome her fears. Only people with Min Pin experience and/or knowledge of fearful dogs should consider this girl for part of their family . Updates will be made if her behavior changes. If you feel she might be a good fit for your home, feel free to write with any questions. Cherilee is located in Athens, GA.
