Jupe needs a calm patient home.He is shy at first. He is NOT aggressive. Jupe is a gentle, sweet, 4 year old dog that just needs a quiet place to decompress. Jupe is keeping a clean crate. He learns quickly so housetraining will be a breeze. He is very smart and once trust is there he will be eager to please. We are seeing tail wags and signs of a dog that will be happy and adjust well to a new structured home. He would be a great dog for a mature home. A velcro dog.

Meet Daisy and Bailey. This bonded pair is looking for a home together. Due to some very unfortunate circumstances in the home, they became homeless, but luckily we were able to place them in a foster home together. Please read entire description and complete an adoption application on our website if you are interested in helping these two. Their total adoption fee is $150. Daisy (45 pound Boxer mix) and Bailey (22 pound Min Pin mix) have been together since the beginning. Daisy is approximately 7 years old, and Bailey is about 6. Both do very well with children of any age. They get along with ... (Read More)both dogs and cats. Both of these sweet girls are very crate trained and they are used to being kenneled together in a large crate. They are house trained and love to snuggle with each other and their people. They have enjoyed a fenced yard and have been active members of the dog park. They would also do well in a doggy day care situation. They adore their big canine foster brother and often will cuddle with him on the couch. Both are spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. If anyone has it in their hearts to help these girls in their time of need, you won't be disappointed. Sometimes its the most difficult to adopt pairs of dogs. We have faith their plea will reach someone's heart and they won't be able to pass them up. Their combined adoption fee is $150. Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Young Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Most Cats
Personality: High Energy
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

Meet this sweet bundle of cuteness, Grimm. Grimm is came to us from Kokomo where he was surrendered to a vet's office due to health issues. Grimm has puppy strangles, which if untreated or not treated properly can be fatal or have life long complications. Grimm has been doing well and had been staying with a vet tech until he was healthy enough to join us at AHS. With proper treatment Grimm will grow out of strangles and live a normal life. He has been doing great with treatment and is ready for his forever home (with a family that understands his condition and stays on top of it) We believe Grimm to be around 4 months old and a beagle/min ... (Read More)pin mix. Grimm will need to continue his medical treatment until he shows no signs of strangles. He also needs to be monitored as he could have a flare up until he has been cleared completely. He is your typical happy, hyper, playful puppy. He needs a home where he will get a lot of attention. We would prefer a home with another well balanced dog that can show him the ropes and also play with him. No small children since he will require a lot with his strangles. He is good with cats. Grimm is house and crate trained. He needs a fenced in yard. His new family will need to continue training with him and monitor his health closely. He needs experienced pet owners.
