Rescue Me ID: 14-08-27-00187Brutus (male)
We recently inherited my deceased father's min pin. Unfortantely we have two reschused dogs of our own that are acting out against him. I'm running out of options. I'm in dire need of a good home for the dog. Brutus is 11 years old. He is a one person dog. He was attached mostly to my father. Now that person is my wife. He is up to date on all his shots and fixed. He is slightly overweight. He is house broken and hardly has accidents. Does not require any walks or a big back yard since he does his business and is back in quickly. He is a pretty lazy dog. Please rescue this dog.

Vin is a little spit fire! He loves to run and play and is quite a bit of energy in a small package. He would do well in a home with a fenced back yard. He has a brother and two sisters that are also available.

Sprout reinjured an old break to his leg and will most likely have a bit of a limp and not be able to use his leg 100%, but don't worry, that doesn't slow him down! 12.8 lbs.

Rescue Me ID: 14-07-23-00487Patience (female)
Princess Patience arrived in the Kingdom a few short months ago, starved, flea infested and terrified. Since then she has blossomed under the care of her foster, and is now available for adoption. Patience would do best in a home with children that are older than 13, like a typical Chihuahua, she doesn't quite have the patience for young ones. Patience has also been diagnosed with diabetes, and requires insulin shots and a controlled diet. She loves to run and follow her foster Dad everywhere. She has been spayed, is current on her shots, has been wormed and is housebroken. Patience's adoption donation is $200.00

Rescue Me ID: 14-05-07-00103Spencer (male)
Spencer was rescued from a rabies control center in Tennessee. The center there was only meant to hold dogs during rabies quarantine but has become flooded with owner surrenders on a daily basis. Without the capabilities or the resources to care for this high a volume of dogs, dogs were being put to sleep at an alarming rate. Some were surrendered and weren't even given a full 24 hours to attempt to find a new home. We have since found that this county is rampant with dog fighters and back yard breeders. This was also made evident by a number of dogs coming in looking very similar to dogs that were surrendered earlier in the week. We even have two that are obvious litter mates, rescued at different times! Unfortunately, many of these dogs have come with scars indicating their use as bait dogs. If their treatment outside the facility wasn't bad enough, the conditions inside were deplorable. These babies all need and deserve a second chance at a good life with nothing but love and affection. UTD on shots. Neutered. Microchipped. HW negative. Kids- OK (older, please ask for specifics) Dogs - OK Cats - OK Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on Spencer. (Less)
