Rescue Me ID: 18-06-19-00406Mobitz (Mo) (female)

Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Kids and Adults
Personality: Very High Energy, Submissive
Health: Vaccinations Current

Mo is a very active young Chihuahua mix, 6 lbs, vet thinks may be Min-Pin. She is estimated at 1 to 1-1/2 years old and is up-to-date on all vaccinations including rabies and bordetella (May 2018). I can provide vet examination and shot record. I rescued Mo from a home in which she was constantly caged and not even an attempt to be trained. I love her to death but my rat terrier, Chloe, is an adult turning elder dog with hopefully several years left, but she's old and cranky and they are not getting along because of my old lady. Mo gets along with all other dogs whom she has come in contact with including my mom's dogs.

Rescue Me ID: 18-06-09-00135Stella (female)

Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Most Cats
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Miss Stella is 7-year-old Chihuahua/Min Pin mix. She is house trained, good with other dogs and good with cats. But she's really not a fan of little children. She had a very bad experience with a child not being nice to her, and she is now very fearful of them. She is NOT mean, just scared. She walks nice on a leash and is very sweet. Rescue Me ID: 18-05-14-00141Gustav (male)

Miniature Pinscher    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs, Not Good with Cats
Personality: Very High Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Vaccinations Current

I found goose Gustav on here over a year ago... He was very skinny and had lost a lot of hair from stress... He is growing his hair back and has put on a few pounds.. He is crate trained, and doesn't potty in the house, as long as you let him out in a timely manner... He is very dominate, has never bit one of my 5 children, but does give 'warning' nibbles... So I don't recommend him with smaller kids... unless your kids listen and understand not to ruff house with him, or get in his face... I really love him a lot and want him to go to the best home. He is 4 years old and his birthday was just the 10th of may... If you have any questions, ... (Read More)feel free to call! (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 18-03-18-00186Merlin (male)

Miniature Pinscher Mix    Age: Adult

Compatibility: Good w/ Most Dogs, Not Good w/ Cats, Good w/ Kids and Adults
Personality: Average Energy, Average Temperament
Health: Neutered, Vaccinations Current

e pulled Merlin after being contacted by FCDS he was urgent for fear/bite issues. Merlin was an owner betrayal and as you can imagine, terrified after going from a home to the chaos of a shelter. Although the shelter had him listed at 11-12 years old, he is estimated to be between 5-7...probably closer to 7. Merlin needs to be handled carefully only when he's getting his teeth looked at. It's the only time he gets nervous. He does have some age appropriate tartar and a couple teeth that possibly may need extracted on down the road. They are not loose or infected and do not affect his eating habits-and this guy is very food and treat ... (Read More)motivated. He has two small lipomas on each side of his chest. They were aspirated and are not abnormal and merely fatty tumors. He is fully vaccinated, HW negative and neutered. He is cute as the devil, behaves like a perfect gentleman, does well with small to large dogs, listens well, house broken, obedience trained and loves car rides. Adoption applications can be sent to you emailing us at: gratefulheartsseniordogrescue@gmail.com Merlin has a small adoption fee. Merlin is located in the Chillicothe Ohio area; adopters for him need to be a reasonable driving distance from us for initial meet and greets and home checks. (Less)
