Health: Needs to be Neutered, Blind, Deaf, Malnourished

I live in the country and found this old fellow in the road in the pouring rain. I have placed flyers online and around the location we found him but on one has called or messaged back. We already have 2 house dogs and no fenced yard. I took him to our vet, Dr. Darrow in Newcastle OK. She confirmed that he was deaf and low vision. He also has some heart valve issues. He doesn't seem to have anything wrong except he is old. He still is quite able to walk around and is eating well. he also seem to like other dogs. The problem is our dogs don't like him. I don't know about cats. He whimpers some.....like he's home sick but doesn't seem to be in ... (Read More)pain. He walks on a leash and can eat dry dog food (for small dogs) I truly believe that someone dumped him. And it breaks my heart to think that someone might do that but I don't think he traveled a long distance from his home. Sadly we can't keep him. He is in our garden shed and needs a proper home. Please help this old man. (Less)
