    Layla is an 18 month old Miniature Pinscher who was surrendered to Green Mountain Pug Rescue with her two pug sisters. She is spayed, fully vetted and ready for a home of her own. Layla is sensitive and bonds strongly with 'her' person. She would do best in a home where there is someone around most of the time. Layla is very energetic and active. She would make a wonderful walking/hiking companion. She walks on a leash and will pull when she gets excited. When off leash, she bounds and leaps like a deer. Layla has been good with dogs; she would like to chase cats but is tolerant of them joining us on the couch. Layla is not ... Miniature Pinschers get along well with other pets and children if properly socialized, but they do not tolerate teasing. Miniature Pinschers are intelligent, quick learners. This breed can live in an apartment if it gets enough exercise, including being taken for a brisk walk each day. Miniature Pinschers do not tolerate cold temperatures well.
